Why should we not eat anything before sleeping at night?


Tastes too much time to digest food, or say that it does not digest properly. It also has an effect on your energy level. So the next time if you are putting chilies in your food and you are eating half an hour or an hour before going to bed at night, then you can carefully consider many problems with it.

We Indians like to eat tarted food. Did you know that chilies, Portuguese people came to India? Chilies are used to make the tart and testify to eat. It also gives you many health-related benefits. Such as fat burning, getting relief in pain etc. But if you start to add more quantity to it, it can harm you too.

You must have heard that we should not eat acrid food before sleeping in the night. This can cause discomfort and stomach burning sensation. If you are keeping a good time between your dinner and sleeping then you can eat tarted food. Very tasty food can spoil your gastric gland. Causes of indigestion and sleep disorders can cause problems.

During the night, more intense food can cause sleep disturbance by spoiling your body temperature. Pepper contains a substance known as capsaicin, which can cause you acidity problems. And when you do not sleep at the right time or in the right way, then you will promote your weight somewhere.
