Even after sleeping at night, there is a lot of deterioration in the day. This happens mostly during the summer days. Sleeping flashes suddenly start working in the daytime. If you are being victim of sloth, sleep and sleep, then adopt these methods.

It is important to take full sleep to stay healthy. So make a certain amount of time to sleep daily and at least 7-9 hours to sleep. Morning - Walking in the morning is beneficial for health. Walk in the sunny 15-minute sunshine. This will keep you alive and not sleepy

Breakfast-

Exercise- 
Exercise 30 minutes daily. Apart from being fit, sleep will also be good. Feel refreshed throughout the day and will not slacken. Apart from these, body massages, listening to music, not sitting for long, and even tips can be taken as well.
