Does the weight really increase by eating cashew nuts?

Cashew is a dry fruit that we can add to our diet in many ways. Like snacks, puri to prepare vegetables or make sweets etc. Cashews prove to be beneficial for our body in many ways. Mono-unsaturated olive acid, vitamins, minerals, and omega-3 alfa-linolenic acid (ALA) present in it are quite beneficial for health.

Despite all these things, even after knowing about it, the fact that after eating cashew, does our weight increase? Does the calorie present in it really promote our weight? These are some of the questions that prevent us from eating cashew nuts and also create fear of increasing weight in the brain.

If you eat cashew nuts, it does not increase your weight. But only if you are adding them to your diet more than necessary, this can increase your weight. Just remember that you have to take them less. That means you have to add 2-3 cashew nuts to your diet every day.
