These diseases can be found in the body after working long hours


In the office of eight or nine hours, we mostly keep sitting and sitting. Even many people do not get the time to do lunch at the right time due to work. And it is far from talking about lunch.

There are also many people who sit in sitting junk food, but do these habits really be right for your health? Do you know that keeping on sitting and sitting, not paying attention to health means you have to call many ailments?

Staying in front of computer screen for hours, watching TV on TV, doing things etc. increases the likelihood of getting blood clot in our body. Apart from this, arterial diseases are also started with cardiac arrest or heart attack. By sitting for hours, glucose is reduced to about 40 percent by insulin, due to which we start moving towards Type II diabetes. Obesity itself is a very serious problem. If we watch more than two hours of TV, it also increases the risk of colon cancer 54 percent and endometrial cancer by about 66 percent.

Even after reading about all these diseases, even if you are still sitting for hours at one place and doing not exercising every day then you are also spoiling your bones.
